Manga Piracy Site Manga Rock to Shut Down (Updated)
Earlier this week, there was a tweet from a Japanese publisher (I forgot which one 😓) that calls out MR for its actions. They even mentioned that MR was misleading people into thinking that they were a legit site with their subscriptions. So anyway, after that, news like this started popping up.

If you are looking for legit sites to read manga, check out these sites: (Don’t worry, they’re all available in English!)
- Renta! (affiliate site)
- futekiya
- June (they use pdf for digital books, I believe)
- Manga Plus
- Book Walker
If you know other sites, please let me know in the comments! Personally, I mostly use Renta! for English translated manga and Rakuten Kobo for the rest of my manga reads. I’ve only used June for physical releases but they often send discount coupons via email so you might want to subscribe to them too.

Wow. What is social life. But 6 hours of sleep is not that bad. I was expecting something like 4 hours tops.
But more than the life of a mangaka, I’m more surprised that the franchise still continues until now. 😲

It never ceases to amaze me whenever I find a Japanese idol (or for Sayu’s case, ex-idol) who plays Splatoon 2. I remember discovering Miyawaki Sakura when she was playing the same game too. Sad that she’s more on Apex Legends now (plus she’s really busy in South Korea).

People are going gaga for the customizable stairs. I’m not a builder so I’ll be looking forward to finding Hogwarts-like staircases in the upcoming builds (which I’m gonna snag for my plays www).
Nintendo Direct
This month’s Nintendo Direct announced a bunch of things. But the only ones that I’m really interested in are Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Tokyo Mirage.
